President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf says her government is confident of achieving its development goals. The President expressed the optimism Tuesday when she received separately, the Letter of Credence of the Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Ireland, Kenya and Portugal.
