The recent sentence of life in prison of Abbot Athanase Seromba, a former vicar in Nyange, western Rwanda, has been greeted by his former parishioners, adding that finally justice has been done, reports Hirondelle Agency.

He deserves life in prison, even if he was threatened with death himself. He is a priest and should, above all people, no better. I wish the priests in this country got harder sentencing for the molestation of children. They don't instead they get a slap on the rist and moved to a different state to serve in a different church. Anyway, i'm glad that he is put away.
