The second edition of the cattle-raising and fisheries fair, promoted by the provincial fisheries department of Luanda, initially set for March 28 (Saturday), was postponed to next April 12 due to technical reasons, ANGOP learnt this Thursday from the director of the institution, Júlio de Carvalho.
