Africa: Africa Utilises Only 4 Per Cent of Its Water Resources - Kaberuka

The president of the African Development Bank (AfDB), Donald Kaberuka, has said that 340m Africans lack access to safe drinking water and almost 500 million lack access to improved sanitation facilities.
