Following his arrival in Damascus, where he will take part in the works of the 20 th Arab Summit due to take place on March 29 and 30, 2008, President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali held talks on Friday with the Libyan leader Mouammar Guaddafi, Algeria's President Abdelaziz Bouteflika and Mauritania's President Sidi Mohamed Ould Sheikh Abdellahi.
