Village Chief Magistrate Lot Moroka has ordered former Debswana managing director, Louis Nchindo and his co-accused, Garvas Nchindo, Joe Matome and Jacob Sesinyi to inform the Directorate on Corruption and Economic Crime (DCEC) whenever they plan to leave the country.
