An Angolan Home Ministry delegation led by incumbent minister, Roberto Leal Monteiro "Nnongo", left Luanda on Sunday for Portugal, to attend the first forum of the sector at the level of the Portuguese Speaking Community (CPLP) on April 08-09, Angop learned.
