At least 23 foreigners, 15 from Ethiopia and eight from Bangladesh, were stopped shortly after their arrival at the airport of Pemba, capital of the northern Mozambican Cabo Delgado province on Saturday, for failing to meet the requirements for the entry of a foreigner in the country.
