CAN THE PARLIAMENTARIANS USE GOVERNMENT CHANNELS TO QUESTIUON THIS BEHAVIOUR GIVEN THAT THESE SAME CHINESE ARE LIVING FREELY IN THE STREETS OF AFRICAN COUNTRIES.. is IT NOT DISGRACEFUL TO BE TREATED IN THIS MANNER?
