"The CPDM, SDF and CDU MPs have pushed the National Assembly to act illegally, in presenting bills for the amendment of the constitution at the Constitutional Law Commission in violation of article 18(3) and article 26 of the Constitution, which provided the agenda and roles of the National Assembly without any provision for the amendment of the constitution.
