THE Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) rebels are recruiting and abducting civilians in Irengete, DR Congo. The 2nd Division army spokesperson, Capt. Kiconco Tabaro, said the United Nations Peacekeepers in DR Congo (MONUC) had not yet eliminated Ugandan rebels in the area.
