Mozambique's minister of Co-ordination of Environmental Action, Alcinda Antonio Abreu, arrived on Wednesday evening in Luanda to participate in the fourth conference of ministers of environment of the Portuguese Speaking Countries Community (CPLP), ANGOP has learnt.
