A top level delegation of the Angolan government, led by the Science and Technology minister, João Baptista Ngandagina, is in Hanoi, to attend from April 28 to 30 the 4th Session of the Angola-Vietnam Joint Bilateral Commission, ANGOP learnt Friday.
