A delegation of the Inter-Ministerial Commission for the Electoral Process (CIPE), addressed by the deputy minister of Territory Administration, Edeltrudes Costa, pays this Saturday a visit to the Kapanda hydroelectric project, located at 144 kilometres west of Malanje city, northern province with the same number.
