Ms Arunmah Oteh, Vice President, Corporate Management of the African Development Bank (ADB) was the guest speaker at the recently held 2nd Nigerian Bankers Awards, exclusively Vanguard, where she spoke on "Banking, Financial Hub and Human Development Index."
