The Niger State Judicial Commission of Inquiry has ordered the arrest of former Permanent Secretary in the state's Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Alhaji Abdulkadir Katuka Marafa, for failing to appear before it despite many summons served on him.
