Former Commissioner of Agriculture in the past administration of Engineer Abdulkadir Kure in Niger State, Alhaji Mohammed Nga and the younger brother of former governor, Abdulhammed Jantabo, have offered to refund over N34 million to the state treasury having confirmed that they did not execute the contracts for which they were paid.
