trully a social cankerworm born out of a selfish ancient culture mainly

franco-african cultures vis-a-vis modern politics in africa. this has given
rise to tyranny and bad governance. it comes from a system where ethics is
divorced from all levels of management and if you take a man like Aba Aba
who has never been trained under these systems, then you call for more more
trouble to yourself. training is the buzzword! there is no education in
africa, just schooling. get into education and maybe the issue will be
resolved
