Angola's Planning minister, Ana Dias Lourenço, and Japanese ambassador to the country, Susumu Shibata, Tuesday here discussed the contribution of Angola to the fourth International Conference of Tokyo on Development of Africa, slated for next May 29-30 in the Asian state.
