When you were engaging in violence in the name of 'haki yetu' you did not think of the consequences of your actions, Now the chicken have come home to roast. The campanies are struggling to maintain the workforce they have so you dont expect them to raise salaries soon. The people who are complaining the loudest are the same people who are willing to take anything in form of salaries when they are looking for employment. They have lowered the standards such that an employer will have the confidence to pay you $80 per month because their are people willing to take it.
