Corruption in UN is not a nwe phenomenon. My father was at the UN in 1960 in Congo and had the same experience. Nothing has changed since then. This is the reason why UN is not at all efficient. Kofi for some time tried to change this. But his predecessor has nothing other to do than to lick the feet of this chap in the White House. Horrible! S.
