It is a fact that the introduction of CBET system in the vocational centers in Namibia has brought confusions. Trainees feels that is not up to standard. The ministry of education and the NTA and the managements of all the vocational training centers in Namibia affected by the new system should sit together and discuss the ways they are going to implement CBET . Pointing fingers at each other is not going to help the students, and if there was some mistake made on the implementation they must rectified immediately. We cant afford to have learners boycotting classes.
