The vice chief of Staff of the Angolan Armed Forces (FAA) for operations, gen. Salviano de Jesus Cerqueira "Kianda", Monday in Luanda highlighted the Government's effort in the reconstruction of the armed forces, seeking to equip them with new technologies.
