Michael Ezra is involved in fresh international post-dated check scandals that will shock the nation and the whole world. One of the scandals involves an American businessman Sean Wrought whose dreams have been knocked by greedy Michael Ezra. And not for anyone who could use it for the things they used it for. And one of them probably would use it for bad things. If I had known the demo was for these other bad uses, I would never have even showed it. In the end Ezra ended up just writing post dated checks for development and we know how good those checks are. So he led me on for several months and I believed he was honorable and would pay for the time and development of the platform that was ultimately for streaming a "space mission he said he is doing with the Russians". I turned down real work from other clients and concentrated on Ezra’s work for months based on his word and I ended up losing everything including my home. He lied that the whole thing was for a space mission he was doing with the Russians and yet it was for evil works of the presidents. I used my money and lost it in the whole scam. When he realized I would never continue without him keeping up his end of the deal he walked away after trying to make money from the Peace concert in Beijing the same way.”

Ezra Moves to Take over Peace Concert

after fleecing Sean Wrought of all his wealth, conman Michael Ezra moved to take over the global Peace Initiative Concert set to take place on 21 September. He promised to pump a staggering $5.93 million in the global Peace Initiative Gig. The peace concert dubbed Show of Peace will be the largest peace initiative concert in history. It will bring cultures from around the globe together for the common hope of PEACE. He promised to execute this big money deal through his recently registered company Ezra Global TV (EGT) LLC. This new Ezra Company was registered in the United States of America (USA) under the Secretary of State Corporation Division on July O8 2009. The company is registered under Registry Number 614957-93. It is under type Domestic Limited Liability Company. It deals in Internet Publishing and Broadcasting.

Shocking Letter In a letter we have chanced upon, ‘tycoon’ Ezra- currently wanted by the Uganda Police for issuing a fake post dated check- agrees to pump $5.93 million to ZZYX Entertainment, the organizers of the peace concert. It should be noted that he agrees to fund the project less than two weeks after his company (EGT) is registered. The document further shows EGT (Ezra’s company) was supposed to wire an initial deposit of $500, 000 to the designated account by July 23, 2009 with the balance to be funded by August 15 2009. He issued post dated checks which we have reliably learnt bounced. The document further states that after the funding by Ezra, it is agreed that he becomes a 50% partner in the whole project that is set to rock the world with billions worth of dimes set to be collected. Ezra, according to the letter, must be kept fully informed in weekly updates of the project progress and will have full input on the development and monetization of the project. Also in the document, Michael Ezra- who holds a diplomatic passport- is looking to having exclusive broadcasting rights to the global peace event. Then his Ezra Global TV (EGT) company will sell rights to 130 television networks all over the world. It is estimated a billion people will watch it live. Further, Ezra will receive special priority payment from 50% of distributable profits until he recoups his initial investment of $5.93 million. Then the balance of the profit will be distributed 50%-50% to EGT (Ezra’s Company) and ZZYX Entertainment (the initial owners of the peace initiative concert). Thus Ezra and his company will earn a staggering 75% compared to ZZYX’s 25%. This document- titled Funding & ZZYX Letter Agreement- shows ZZYX committing and adhering to Ezra’s requirements. A ZZYX Entertainment boss approved the document by signing it on 23 July 2009.

Show of Peace Concert The Show of Peace Concert is a global opportunity for celebrities, musicians and world leaders to reach out and communicate to the rest of the world how people can all join together in the road towards peace. Kabila, Ezra in Shock Oil Deal Meanwhile we have reliably learnt that Michael Ezra is in touch with Democratic Republic of Congo Joseph Kabila over the oil rights dispute. Currently Uganda and DRC are battling for the oil rich L.Albert region. HOW EZRA SURVIVED SEAN CON JOB The truth about Sean Wrought revealed

The story of Michael Ezra’s reported ‘13 billion shilling scam’ has taken a surprising twist. The Red Pepper has reliably learnt that Sean Gregory Wrought, the American who claimed that Ezra had conned him of his life savings, is actually a jilted former employee looking for revenge. Wrought owns a briefcase company called Onset TV/NextGen Media which deals in video compression and online programming in Portland Oregon, USA. He was hired by Michael Ezra to help in the setup of an online platform under a company called EGT, also registered in Portland. But Wrought was fired less than two months into his tenure because Ezra’s company classified him as an unnecessary financial burden. He has a child suffering from Autism, a debilitating mental condition that affects a person’s ability to communicate, who was escalating the company’s medical insurance bill. Wrought is also a lavish spender who runs heavy hotel bills and whose phone (+13105980574) was cut off over accumulated unpaid bills. When he was fired, Wrought embarked on a revenge mission that eventually led him to Red Pepper. While still and employee of EGT, he intercepted private documents, which included a photocopy of Ezra’s passport and the company’s Articles of Oganisation, which were meant to be received by Maribel D Nuanes, assistant vice president of JP Morgan Chase Bank Canyon Road, Chula Vista, Carlifornia. The bank had demanded these documents from Ezra for the establishment of an online account. The bank got to the Ezra Team wondering why a copy of his passport hadn’t been sent. It wasn’t until a copy of Ezra’s passport was sent to the Red Pepper that the Ugandan realised that it had been nicked by Wrought.

Warned by MI-eZ Team? In his touching confession to the Red Pepper, Wrought claims that he was warned not to deal with Ezra by a group called MI-eZ Team. The Red Pepper has since established that MI-eZ is a short form of Michael Ezra and the Team which Wrought claims warned him is actually Ezra’s group. In one of the letters, the MI-eZ team told Wrought: “We are sorry we would not give a go ahead to our chairman over your venture (the online platform). This is because we did thorough due diligence on your claims both within and outside the US and we found untruthfulness….” Having failed to convince Ezra’s team to pass his idea, Wrought went for the top man himself. Through an internet search, he got to know about Red Pepper and read a sensational story in which a company called MITTICO claims to have been issued with a bad cheque by a company associated with Ezra. Wrought found it the right platform to carry out his blackmail. On August 14, the American internet con artist sent an Email through Ezra’s official website. It read: “Hello Michael, I have had several calls from a company calling themselves Red Pepper. They are asking questions which I have not answered. I need to know if you asked them to call me and who they are.” On the contrary, it was the American who contacted Red Pepper claiming he had some “damaging” information about Michael Ezra. Our revelations reveal that Wrought is a struggling man whose company has total assets of $8,893 in one account and $4 on another.

Not the first time This is not the first time Wrought is conning or trying to con and blackmail someone. A few months ago, he almost run a lady called Marilyn Crawford, the president of Windsor PTM, a company operating out of New York, broke claiming he was going to do online platforms for her before using the information she gave him for that purpose to blackmail her. Wrought first got to know about Ezra through Windsor PTM, of which the Ugandan tycoon is a listed client. In Ezra’s case, the information Wrought used in his blackmail exercise are a copy of Ezra’s passport and private photographs showing Ezra and some friends in a jet. Those photographs, which he sent to Red Pepper, were in the custody of Windsor PTM and Wrought used his online expertise to craftily acquire them off their system. Interestingly, Wrought claims to be one of the people who appear with Ezra in the jet in the pictures. A clear look at the pictures shows that Wrought is not one of them. Indeed, some of our readers found it funny that an American can fall for a story that he is being taken to space by an African. Aren’t Americans supposed to know more about these things than us? Either Wrought is the biggest fool on earth or his story is rich in lies.
