Elections for tea directors were yesterday marked by protests, boycotts and confusion over a change in the voting system.
first kinoro and kionyo tea factories are in eastern province and not central province. I think this issue of one man one vote in companies should be abolished because if i have a greater interest in a company which is demostrated by the kind of bussiness or capital i generate to the said company i need to have i greater say in what happens there. If the company collapses we do not loose the same i loose more. Equitable destribution of resources should go hand in hand with equal responsibilities. You do not expect me to contribute more then we share equaly.
