Angola's Science and Technology minister, Joao Baptista Ngandagina, on Tuesday said his department, in co-ordination with the UN, is elaborating a programme named "Policy of Science and technology and Innovations in Angola" (PCTI) to sustain the country's social, economic and cultural development strategy.
