AFTER weeks of watching tortured souls trying to sing themselves to fame in seven different countries, the real thing is finally here. Last Sunday on M-Net, we watched the first batch of six of the Top 24 perform on stage as the Idols East Africa reality show kicked off in high gear. And boy, were there surprises.
