The Freedom of Expression Institute (FXI) has expressed its disappointed with the refusal earlier this week by Dr Frene Ginwala, chairperson of the enquiry into the suspension of Vusi Pikoli, head of the NDPP, to entertain representations by e.tv's counsel K Hofmeyr that the broadcaster be allowed to make representations before she closes any session of the hearing.
