Innocent Nsengiyumva, 55, a survivor of the 1994 genocide, was found guilty of crimes against humanity by the semi-traditional Gacaca Court and sentenced to 30 years in prison for having planted a banana tree on the his brother's tomb in the Nyarubaka sector ,Kamonyi district, reports Hirondelle Agency .
dear cmhill, I am a Rwandan! Your observations are very normal. I think it would be hard to convince me how just that is. If our culture has become the acceptable rule of settling scores, then we have a serious society handicap. How can the world help? We need your contribution!

From an American point of view, reading this article, it's obvious someone is trying to settle a score. You are going to put a man in prison for 30yrs for having put his brothers grave by bannana trees? But you have people that commit genocide do less than that? Wow, you people have a lot to learn; especially if you think keeping this petty stuff up is going to get you very far.
