Mugabe should set realistic requirements for taking part in a run-off: 1) No one laughs at me in public, 2) I will get a plane ticket to anywhere that will take me when I lose again, and 3) outside observers will be welcomed to observe the election because, (this time at least), I will be honest, and by losing will have a politically honourable way out of the disgusting economic mess I have created through my tribalism and kleptocracy.

Seems to this Canadian that these three requirements would be a start. And I pray that some other African leader will be willing to offer Mugabe a hole to run to so Zim can start to stand up again and quit killing itself.

Having no white Zimbo "toilet cleaners" from your list does not mean there are no white Zimbos cleaning toilets as part of their jobs in UK. In any case if, UK citizens could work in such jobs, why not any other UK resident? Ian Smith, real issues are Mugabe has completely destroyed the economy of Zimbabwe - no food,no fuel no money. Cannot pay his debts and blames it all on sanctions placed on HIM and not the country. He has killed or injured many of his own people - defenseless men, women and children. He is squandering peoples' money buying guns instead of improving hospitals and buying the so much needed medicines especially for treating HIV and Aids. A life expectancy of 34 years? He has beaten and taken land from Zimbabwean farmers who were feeding the nation and given the land to his fat useless party morons who know blow all about farming. He has to go - footsack! In MY book anyone born in Zimbabwe is a Zimbabwean no matter what colour they are. There are many people of Zambian,or Malawian descent and from other African countries, who are now second, third or fourth generation or more, who are living happily in Zimbabwe as Zimbabweans and rightly so, free to farm where ever, but when it comes to white Zimbabweans they have no rights. The land that is being taken and given to Zanu PF ministers - how much are THEY paying for it? Nothing. To be fair, if the land that is being taken away from these Zimbabwean farmers because their ancestors 'stole' the land, then it has to be made sure that the same land Mugabe and his morons have stolen including all the palaces and stashes of cash in foreign countries, must be given back to the people. In a nutshell these are the real issues.

Read it again and you might realise that the message there is that people should learn about other countries and cultures before making assumptions about them.
