Anogla is one of the fastest growing country. Justice system ofcourse needs attention. I am married to an Angolan woman and have two children there. My work visas expired on 7th December, 2007, so I left the country.
On 21 November, 2007, I went to the Angolan Immigration in Luanda and explained that according to the Immigration law of Angola I am suppose to get the residence card as I have to stay with my family to earn living for my family. All required documents were give to them.
What happened there shocked me. I met the incharge whose name is Mr. Tony Paulo, he met me few months ago and presented himself as Mr. Rosario and said that if I pay him USDOL.1000- he will issue card for me. I agreed to pay him 700- and paid US DOL.300-. When I saw him as a chief of immigration of foreigners, I was surprised. Anyway, he said he will not give me residence card inspite of the law, I explained to him that who is going to earn living for my wife and children and my wife is angolan and pregnant, you must atleast realize that without me what is she going to do and how will she earn living.
The answer he gave me was very simple, He said "He does not care". When I went downstairs, there were other immigration people who were asking me to pay US DOLL.2000- and they will submit my documents and will issue a residence card as the documents are complete according to the law.
Anyway, I left Angola, my wife stayed there, baby girl was born on 28th of March, 2008 in my absence and I am unable to do anything for my family in Angola.
