These plans are very impressive, but our National Parks are not financially viable with local visitors only. Unless SA Tourism gets their act together and starts to market South Africa overseas, we will lose out against other countries. There are few countries in the world which can offer a visitor such a diversity and variety of sights and places. Our current marketing and promotional activities by SA Tourism are extremely poor. Even countries with a smaller budget or lesser resources do a better job. Realising this dilemma,I have offered my services and my business connections to SA Tourism on a number of occasions. However, my approaches to Mr. Mosola and his staff have been ignored. If readers can suggest ways to contact SA Tourism, I would gladly receive such suggestions via Email. My address is: dannu@hotmail.co.uk Yours faithfully Ulrich Dannecker
