Whilst the worldwide economic slowdown will most certainly affect South Africa's tourism, it is being complacent to simply blame rising fuel prices. SA Tourism's CEO Moeketsi Mosola is trying to direct attention away from his own failings. Originally from South Africa, I am currently in Europe to promote South Africa's tourist attractions. Wherever I go, information about South Africa is being enthusiastically received, and I am constantly asked why South Africa does so little marketing. When approaching Mr. Mosola with this information, and offering my professional services I unfortunately cannot solicit a response from him or his staff. His reputation of being unapproachable is rapidly gaining momentum in Tourism circles. If anyone can offer me a solution on how to contact Mr. Mosola, I would be very grateful indeed. All letters will be answered, and my Email address is: dannu@hotmail.co.uk Yours faithfully Ulrich Dannecker
