Rwanda is my country of origin.
I think Rwanda as a developing nation still has a very long way to go in almost all aspects in terms of economic prosperity and scientific research.
Therefore, comparing this impoverished country(Rwanda) with South Africa for example, is an economic blunder.
Let's re-think the way we view ourselves in terms of reporting. We've got to know our boundaries.
