THE Uganda Human Rights Commission (UHRC) has warned the Kiboga Police against torturing inmates. A UHRC team recently visited the 16 detention centres in Kyenjojo and Kiboga districts where they said they were alarmed at inmates' testimonies of alleged torture by the Police.
