The first problem in Horn of Africa is Eritrea.

Issaya Afwerki is a problem of the horn.He is a dictator.

He kills all the time and everywere the journalists, the opposants, the childs, the wifes.

He has a conflic with Ethiopia, Soudan, Yemen and Djibouti.

He is a parasit in the Horn of Africa.

You got it wrong. The solution for not only the Horn but the entire continent is President Isaias Afwerki and his pears in Africa. I don't know where you found your information but he never killed a single person. We Eritreans don't believe in death sentence. What conflict? The lawless Ethiopia always wanted the whole Eritrea not only a port or a piece of land from Eritrea. There was disagreement with Yemen however it was solved with the rule of law. There was no problem with Sudan but the Jehadists (Al Qaeda). If there is any issue with Djibouti it will be solved with the rule of law. Leave Isaias and his peaceful Eritrean people alone.

Refer to what Eritrea did, when there was disagreement with Yemen, accepted the rule of law. There was no problem with Sudan but the Jehadists (Al Qaeda or external affair).
