The director general of the National Institute for Religious Affairs, Fátima Viegas, Monday in Luanda hailed the speech delivered by the president of the ruling MPLA party, José Eduardo dos Santos, while opening the 3rd National Conference of his organisation held between May 9-10, in the capital.
