Apparently worried by certain disturbing signals from the polity, president of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Abdulwahab Omar recently tasked President Umaru Yar' Adua to ensure that the wishes of the people of Edo State, as expressed through their votes on April 14, 2007 governorship poll, are not upturned.
