Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) and premier league side, FC Kallon will today appear in high court following an injunction filed in by the premier league side.

it is my opinion that FC Kallon had the right to bring action against
SLAFA. Well from the legal point of view, the provisions relied upon by
SLAFA are called ouster clauses, and the attitudes of courts regarding
ouster clauses are very strict, and they can give way in the intrest of
justice, equity and good conscience.
Besides, the Superior courts of judicature in Sierra Leone, especially the
High Court has supervisory jurisdiction over all tribunals in Sierra leone
see the case of APC & ors. vs. The Speaker of Parliament & ors.
