Militias are once again wreaking havoc in Tarime district, killing innocent people and destroying property. The latest victims are five innocent people killed in revenge attacks involving two clans.Unless the authorities take decisive steps immediately, the situation could get out of hand, and it's the law-abiding people who will bear the brunt of this needless conflict.
