The Head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos accomplished this Thursday a cycle of work in Cacuaco district, designed to gather information on ongoing projects or those conceived for the seafront of the northeast region of the country's capital, Luanda, namely from Panguila to the Commercial Harbour of Luanda.
