The diseases caused by HIV Virus has already existed for more than 25 years and its drug has not yet been found ever since it broke out for the first time in 1981. In line with this matter, I am in the same opinion with Professor David Baltimore, that the scientists are demanded to think more deeply and out the usual habit in order to gain a new innovation. In this opportunity, I would like to inform that in the year 1995 to 1996, I had ever made a researh on HIV/AIDS Virus. One of the result my research is hypothesis about HIV Virus, Hypothesis Q : " HIV Virus due to the chemical process caused by Ultra Violet Radiation on the living tissue, and the acceleration of its development as well as its spread are influenced by the on-going radiation intensity, whereas the varieties of HIV Viruses are determined by radioactive nuclid which naturally exists on its surrounding ". I am quite sure if the effects of Ultra Violet Radiation are terminated, the HIV Virus will automatically die by itself. Meanwhile on its connection with the free sex behavior, they ( the free sex doers ) make themselves the Absorber of Ultra Violet Radiation. Therefore, I appeal to scientists who get involved in AIDS prevention to conduct further research on the relationship between HIV and Ultra Violet Radiation. I would like to make further suggestion, as follows : 1. People with AIDS must be treated in a Free Radiation treatment Room ( FRR ). 2. Just High-Nutrient Food from natural substances. The suggested menu is roast beef from a fat young cow.
