It is sub-committees such as the proposed media investigation committee
that makes African-americans, afro-english, and afro-carribeans shake their
heads in wonderment. The Ugandan Government is afraid of words of free
speech. What else are they afraid of, mice and butterflys?
Free speech which is inciteful(see the Rwandan genecide)is obvious. The
government must fight such inflammations. But everyone knows that the
investigation will be used to implement damage to the opposition.
It is time for non-free speech, corruption, and depotism to die.
Otherwise, there will be no freedom in east africa. Nor will there be a
Union as reflected in the opinion of 75% of Tanzanians.
