Colonel Faustin Sebuhura, a man on Rwanda's most wanted list was Wednesday brought back to the country. Sebuhura was the deputy head of the Gendarmerie in the former Prefecture of Gikongoro in Southern Rwanda during the 1994 Genocide. He held the rank of Captain at that time.
