Antonio Frangoulis, the former head of the Maputo branch of the Criminal Investigation Police (PIC), on Thursday categorically denied meeting with Mozambique's most notorious assassin, Anibal dos Santos Junior ("Anibalzinho"), before Anibalzinho was extradited from Swaziland, in late February 2001.
