We Appreciated the Article on UBA, we are many that believe on the say of the General Manager or Director General of UBA Cameroun, we had in the past operated account with UBA in former Gongola State in Nigeria ,in Borno State and in Present Anambra State for some of us. I am very happy that the UNITED BANK FOR AFRICA is now implanted in Cameroon.As one who studied in Nigeria,i have been opportuned to see how planted the bank is in Nigeria. As the General Manager UBA Cameroon rightly said,UBA is the biggest bank in Africa south of the sahara. More greese to your elbows.

"Democritize banking services, bank the unbanked and the underbanked" and saying these words with a lot of confidence indicates that the General Manager means businss in Cameroon. It also implies that UBA has identified the problems of most Africans and is bent on solving them. Going by these declarations and puting words into action, I predict it will not be long before UBA takes over leadeship in banking activities in Cameroon.

I have in the past commented over this article, suprisingly I was called on my mobile phone around the 05th of current month by some one using MTN 75299999 and claiming to be the General Manager of UBA congratulating me or thanking me for my comment, suggesting that we meet in Douala for further discussion, I was pleased by that and promise to honour the Invitation soon as I return from the journey I was planning, but what baffled me is that while on my journey and even when I return to the country any time I call the said number no one pick the call , I seize the office on their land phone number I could not get access to the General Manager is it how the UBA management function? Should I conclude that I was contacted by an Imposter? Well I still dont understand the nature of UBA operation in Cameroon, I think the Management should do something to give a positive perception Thanks.
