Colonel Faustin Sebuhura, a member of the Democratic Forces for Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR), who was repatriated Wednesday to Rwanda from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) had surrendered voluntarily Tuesday to the UN Mission (MONUC), reported Radio Okapi Friday.
