The Prosecutor of International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR), Hassan Jallow, has said that the former Rwandan Deputy Governor, Dominique Ntawukuriryayo, will be brought to Arusha from France anytime from now to face charges of 1994 genocide and crimes against humanity.
