One Kingsley Obola, of no fixed address, has been arraigned before a Federal Capital Territory (FCT) magistrate's court holding at Wuse Zone 6, Abuja for alleged criminal conspiracy, forgery, using as genuine forged documents, criminal intimidation, cheating and breach of trust contrary to sections 97, 364, 366, 397, 322 and 312 of the penal code.
