The Court Chambers of Brussels ordered Wednesday the continued detention of the former Vice-President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Jean-Pierre Bemba.

ah please, why are they arresting Benba and leaving laurent Nkunda? is he that bad? what about patasse? or was it a plan organised by kabila to have him exilled and arrested isn't he also going to suffer the same fate once out of power?has he forgotten milosovic?, well that is old diplomacy.remember how Mobutu faithfully served the belgians but what happenned at the end?

Belgium - The Belgian colonial empire consisted of three colonies possessed by Belgium between 1901 to 1962.
Leopold II exploited the Congo for its natural rubber which was starting to became a valuable commodity. His regime in the Congo operated as a forced labour colony, with murder and mutilation as punishment for villagers who did not collect and supply the rubber quota they were given. It is estimated that millions of Congolese died during this time.
Now these are the same people trying former Vice-President of the Democratic Republic of Congo for war crimes.
African wars and issues should be left for africans.
